Real Time Emotional Release
Participate or observe Ann demonstrate how to release emotions that are individually carried by members of the class.
In our last class we learned about releasing traumas and emotions; the various types of emotions and where they are stored. In this class, Ann will walk each volunteer through their own individual release (each person is different) and demonstrate how to do this with each person (for those individuals who choose to participate). At the end of the class there will be beautiful meditation that supports and encourages positive emotions in our body.
This is a class where you may opt to participate or just observe. It is not necessary to have had the first class to participate in this class.
