"Self-Compassion involves treating yourself the way you would treat a friend that is having a hard time."  Our Western culture emphasizes (especially to women) being kind to our friends, families, and others who are struggling, but not so much to ourselves. In this ShareShop we will discuss what self- compassion is and ideas for developing skills to treat our- selves as we would treat those we love and care about. Practice activities will be suggested between meetings. Please be sure to bring a paper and pencil!

Beginning March 26th, 6:00-7:30pm MST weekly for 4 sessions (3/26, 4/2, 4/9, and 4/16). More sessions may be planned if desired by the participants.
